What’s one feature in your home that makes it feel especially cozy or comfortable for you?
Having an open-door policy, meaning my family members can come and
go as they please.

Nope can’t think of anything.
What’s your go-to way to unwind or create a relaxing atmosphere
at home after a long day?
Around the house I don’t wear shoes, in winter I do wear socks
though, so I like to take my shoes off but my feet up by sitting in my recliner
and watching YouTube.
I too go without shoes in the house. I've always done that and believe or not, socks in winter makes my toes colder than going without. I don't understand why. It's nice that you have an open door policy. I'm sure your family members appreciate it.

DeleteI think the open door policy is wonderful! My grandmother drummed wearing slippers in the house into me. When I am home shoes come off and slippers go on!
